Our founder grew up in the Motor City suburbs back in the ’60s, giving her a front-row seat to Detroit — and a deep, lasting love for this region and its people. That perspective shaped everything that came after.

Collectively, we’ve spent years in the manufacturing and marketing trenches of the automotive and home services industries, and that’s where we really fell for small- and mid-sized, locally owned businesses. Seeing firsthand how hard these owners work and how much they deserve a fighting chance against the big guys really lit a fire in us.
